The timber display is solidly constructed in a rustic style to fit perfectly into a Farm Shop setting. With standard overall dimensions of 3750x1500mm, it provides a large and flexible area to build up enticing produce displays - and with no need to de-merchandise overnight, you can maintain a great display throughout the day without fear of wastage. We can build the unit to alternative dimensions if you need to adapt to a particular space -

Normally, produce will quickly loose freshness as its natural moisture evaporates into the surrounding air, but our ultrasonic humidification system provides the solution to keep your produce really fresh. Pure, filtered water is ultrasonically nebulised into a Tru-Fog of tiny water droplets which spreads over the produce like a blanket to form a cool, moist air layer. The produce will not loose moisture to the ambient air and is cooled as the droplets evaporate to create a cooling effect. The product temperature will be reduced and the relative humidity raised without any wetting.

The essential water filtration system removes bacteria, viruses, calcium and minerals that are usually present in mains water. The fogger unit runs continuously and is automatically flushed and cleaned on an hourly basis to ensure that the system remains safe and hygienic. We also provide a regular service and maintenance programme to keep the system efficient and reliable.
