Humidification & Water Systems

Once installed and Set up, Pendred Humidification Systems usually require little adjustment other than the regular planned maintenance and cleaning. However occasionally a problem may arise with the system. If so, please call our service line on 020-8461 9385 between the hours of 9am-5pm for advice.

We will be able to decide if a slight adjustment is neccessary or whether one of our engineers will need to visit and rectify a fault.

Before you call for assistance, please check the following to help us make an accurate diagnosis of the problem:

* Is there still electrical power to the system?
* Is there still water supplied to the system?
* If there is a leak of any kind, where is the leak in the system, is it from plastic or copper pipework?
* Is the product too wet or too dry?
* How long has the fault been evident?
* What readings are shown ie Case Temperature, Relative Humidity etc?
