Pendred Fogging as art?

Who knew that Pendred’s Tru-fog could be art?

So it turns out Pendred Tru-fog isn’t just great for agricultural farm cold stores and fresh produce retail applications – but also for art! We are thrilled to be involved in not one, but two exciting art projects, all taking place in the next couple of months!

Royal College of Art – Jemma Egan

The first of these projects is working with artist Jemma Egan, currently studying Sculpture at the Royal College of Art. As part of her final year show Jemma approached Pendred about using one our Tru-fog humidifiers as a real visual talking point for the installation. We were only too happy to oblige – both out of a desire to help and also to see how her creative mind would transform our fogger into a piece of art! Having seen what Jemma plans to create for her final show we look forward to seeing it in action!

The show, based in Battersea, will run from the 24th June to the 5th July – why not come down and take a peek at what is bound to an eye-opening experience! www.jemmaegan.com

Loop.pH – Nine Elms Apothecary Experience

Pendred are also “bringing the fog” for the latest project by the outrageously creative Loop.pH team. This project aims to create an apothecary experience next to the River Thames at Nine Elms, using the Pendred Tru-fog system to fog medicinal teas, essential oils, herbs etc making a restorative public space with a river view.

This fantastic project kicks off at the end of the month and will be completely open to the public. So, if you find yourself in London come along to Nine Elms and immerse yourself in fragrant (hopefully invigorating) fog!
